Commercial Carpet Cleaning and Maintenance Technician
Customer Service and technical skills are essential.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Evaluate work order, prepare product and cleaning solutions required for service.

2. Load, drive to customer's site, unload and stage product and equipment.

3. Perform the maintenance process with strict MilliCare technical specifications.

4. Inspect for areas requiring attention. Problem solve difficult stain removal.

5. At the end of the shift, fill out appropriate paperwork, time sheet, and quality reports.

Additional Information:

1. Clean motor vehicle record.

2. This is a Drug-Free Workplace. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

3. No previous experience is necessary. We will train.
