Tom Ward, Franchise Network Director
As director of MilliCare, Tom is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and management of the MilliCare organization and the franchise network. He has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, sales and marketing, and has extensive international experience.
Tom is currently a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the International Franchise Association (IFA). He received a Bachelor's Degree in physics from Davis & Elkins College and a Master’s Degree in nuclear power management from Georgia Tech.
Stephen Lewis, Technical Director
As technical director, Stephen is responsible for training and educating the franchise network, reinforcing proper maintenance procedures, and managing new product development. He has been in the industry for over 22 years and with MilliCare since it was formally established in 1996.
Currently, Stephen is an active member of Carpet & Rug Institute and serves on the Carpet Maintenance Committee. He is certified by the Floor Covering Institute of Technical Services as a senior carpet inspector. Through the IICRC, Stephen is a Master Textile Cleaner and Approved Instructor. He is also a Facility Management Journal (FMJ) Award recipient for excellence in writing.
Stephen received a Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Western Ontario.
