MilliCare Dry Carpet Care 
Our polymer is brushed deep into carpet and adsorbs soil; moisture evaporates, and soil is adsorbed into the polymer.  Vacuuming then removes both the polymer and soil.  This process leaves no residue, chemicals or moisture in your carpet. 

Regular wet cleaning and other dry methods leave detergents and residues that actually accelerate resoiling.  Faster resoiling means more frequent cleaning, so other methods can actually drive up long term cleaning and replacement costs.  MilliCare’s dry cleaning process is the best at preventing resoiling by eliminating residues so you get the best short and long term results.

Water Extraction
While the MilliCare dry cleaning process is the most recommended method, there are times when a carpet’s condition requires more aggressive, water-extraction treatment in order to successfully restore appearance levels.  Typically, these would be heavily abused areas like entryways and carpeting directly off of hard surface floors.  We deliver water extraction service using CRI and IICRC** approved equipment and materials.

Fiber Protection

Carpet Repairs
Our crews are trained to complete minor carpet repairs while onsite for regular service, including adhering detached carpet to the subfloor (modular and broadloom), trimming loose carpet fibers, and dyeing permanently damaged areas (e.g. bleach stains).

VCT and Resilient Flooring
VCT and Resilient Flooring are ideal surfaces for applications where carpeting and other flooring types would not be appropriate.  We maintain these surfaces with manufacturer recommended high-gloss finishes and industry-approved equipment.

Grout Restoration
Ceramic tiles make the ideal floor covering for many environments.  They mop clean quickly and easily, and they take a lot of abuse and still look good.  But while ceramic tiles may clean to a spotless appearance, the surrounding grout usually looks—and is—dirty, discolored and unsanitary.
