Rodney Brown CEO/Owner of Corporate Flooring Solutions
Rodney started working for Tri-Space in early 2002, in a joint effort with the owner to build a commercial flooring maintenance service business. Through this process, Rodney became extremely passionate about the future potential of this business in which he purchased it from the previous owner in April of 2005. Since then, Rodney has worked hard to build a business whose core values are based on morals, ethics and integrity. These values coupled with a world class service provider company’s culture has allowed the business to grow tremendously. Outside the office, Rodney enjoys a wide range of activities including golfing, softball, being active and spending time with his boys.
Alex Chavira Operations Manager
Alex has been on board to take things to the next level and a tremendous asset to the company since his arrival. Alex is responsible for operations growth and development, quality service execution as well as offer support to the crew and business whenever it is needed. Out of the office, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys traveling and reading books on personal/professional growth.
Kristy Schlesselman Office Manager
Kristy joined the team shortly after moving from Rapid City, South Dakota. Kristy has a background that ranges in customer service, data entry, professional development and much more. Kristy is responsible for gathering details and maintaining client relations, creating and updating marketing content, company policies and procedures as well as managing day to day office demands. In her free time, Kristy enjoys playing, going on adventures and spending time with her family.
