Steve Willis Managing Director
Steve Willis brings over two decades of management experience and proven leadership to milliCare. With extensive experience in sales, marketing, and franchise development, Steve joined the milliCare team in 2017 as Managing Director and is responsible for growth and performance within milliCare’s global franchise network. He oversees strategy for the corporate team and helps increase ongoing recruitment within the milliCare network.
Steve is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE), an approved BOMI continuing education provider for property and facility managers, and an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Steve enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and family.
Chris Cusick Director of Business Development
Chris Cusick serves as director of business development for strategic national accounts across the entire milliCare franchise network. As a graduate of Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, Chris joined Milliken & Company in 1993 and has since served various roles within the company. Beginning as a customer relations manager at the company’s global headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina, he eventually pursued sales and sales management positions within Milliken's synthetic fabrics and floor covering hospitality business, where he led sales in the southeast region.
Chris resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, and enjoys spending time with his active family. An involved community member, he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and is a mentor for recently diagnosed Type 1 diabetic children and their families.
Hester Davis Strategic Accounts Manager
Hester manages milliCare’s strategic and national accounts. Located in Atlanta, she has worked within the milliCare network for over ten years and provides sales and marketing support to our franchises. She specializes in growing local accounts into regional and national opportunities.
Lakela Brand Strategic Accounts Manager
Lakela Brand serves as the Strategic Accounts Manager for the milliCare corporate team. She is responsible for managing commercial floor and textile care contracts for national customers. A strong believer in the milliCare franchise network and cleaning system, she has been a part of the network for five years. Since 2008, Lakela has enjoyed roles that focus on customer service and administration. She spends her free time reading, being outdoors, and skating at her local roller rink.
Brian Morgan Director of Operations
Brian Morgan brings 12 years of operations and project management experience to milliCare, 10 of which were spent working on a milliCare franchise team. This background gives him unique insights as he offers support to our franchise network. From grassroots-level foundations to bird’s-eye view organization, Brian has a passion for Operations and Project Management.
While he’s based in St. Louis, Brian is an avid New York Giants fan. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, exercising, and reading.
Stephen Lewis Technical Director
Stephen holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Western Ontario. As technical director, he manages all equipment, methods, and products used in providing milliCare services. His role includes leading the network's technical education and training while coordinating third-party certifications of milliCare products and methods.
In addition to this role, Stephen also serves as a franchise business manager to Canadian milliCare franchisees. His service to milliCare dates back to April 1988. Stephen is a certified Senior Carpet Inspector by the Floor Covering Institute of Technical Services, as well as an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner and Approved Instructor. He is also a Facility Management Journal award recipient for excellence in writing and an ISSA Green Cleaning Professional.
Brian Miller Franchise Business Manager
Brian Miller started his career in floor care as a technician while attending Ohio University in 2007, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Strategic Leadership. Over the last 12 years Brian has been in roles ranging from Floor Technician, Technical Sales Rep, and General Manager for various companies within the industry across the US. He also helped start and grow Foaming Floors. As Franchise Business Manager, Brian supports our franchises and helps them become more efficient and productive in order to become more profitable and establish a competitive advantage in their local markets. He assists with operational training as well and also provides guidance on winning accounts with competitive pricing strategies. His wife, Krista, is a stay at home mother with his two daughters Veda and Zoey. Their favorite activity is family dance night!
Bill Helton Director of Franchise Development
As director of franchise development, Bill Helton works to develop and maintain strong relationships within the franchise network. He is the primary point of contact with franchise candidates during their recruitment, implementation, and development. Holding degrees in both business and accounting, Bill is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) with a comprehensive history of performance in team development, marketing, and business building. As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of management and franchise development experience, Bill is dedicated to the continued success of the milliCare network.
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Bill attends college sporting events whenever possible, and roots for the University of Kentucky. He and his wife enjoy spending time outdoors and traveling, and he frequently plays tennis, pickleball, disc golf, and basketball with his two sons.
Becky Lewis Franchise Development Manager
Becky Lewis is responsible for handling signed franchise agreements and assisting with the onboarding of new franchisees into the milliCare network. Becky brings over 20 years of leadership experience from various industries, including cleaning and restoration. Her attention to detail and customer focus drive her passion for coordinating key franchise processes. Residing in the Dallas area, Becky enjoys exercising, hiking, sunshine, and being outdoors.

Lisa Myers Business Support Manager
As milliCare’s business support specialist, Lisa Myers brings a high commitment to customer service as she efficiently assists with operational needs throughout the milliCare network. Prior to joining milliCare, Lisa held leadership positions in the customer service industry for over a decade. She is well-versed in event coordination, business administration, training, and technical troubleshooting.
Lisa was born and raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where she graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a bachelor’s degree in history. Lisa loves camping, hiking, being outdoors, and, most of all, spending time with her family.
Courtney Benton Business Support Associate
Courtney Benton provides support to the milliCare corporate team and franchise network. Her organizational skills, customer account management, and business administration experience help her manage our Strategic Account program. Prior to joining milliCare, Courtney worked as an administrative assistant to a carpet cleaning company in Spartanburg, SC.
Born and raised in Reidsville, North Carolina, Courtney received her bachelor’s degree from Gardner-Webb University in Human Services. When she isn’t traveling or visiting the dog park with her husband and two dogs, you can find her crafting home décor pieces for family and friends.
Courtney Caldwell Director of Marketing and Communications
Courtney Caldwell is responsible for extending milliCare’s brand identity through external branding and internal communication. Having worked with reputable brands for more than a decade, Courtney has positioned milliCare as a leader in facility floor and textile care and elevates our franchisee marketing efforts. Hailing from the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Courtney enjoys traveling, discovering new music, and finding the perfect brunch.

Darrell Stevenson Technical Services Manager
Darrell Stevenson serves as milliCare’s technical services manager. Having spent 17 years in client-facing roles in the construction industry, he was frequently responsible for product and procedure training. This experience helped him during the transition into performance coatings, where he completed a program designed to train new installers, and he continues to be instrumental in the ongoing support of this service offering for the network.
When not conducting training seminars or consulting with the network’s franchisees, Darrell enjoys spending time with his family, playing cards, and rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs.
