AGS Co-Founder Speaks at CREW California Conference

Advanced Green Solutions’ Managing Partner Michael Gottlieb moderated the keynote lunch discussion at the CREW California Conference 2012. Michael interviewed CB Richard Ellis Vice Chairman and Managing Director Darla Longo in an hour-long discussion on April 20 for a large audience of Commercial Real Estate Women members from around the country.

In addition, Michael filled in for Los Angeles Times real estate reporter Roger Vincent on the panel “Hang Ten … Catch the Next Wave” where he spoke about how the general perception of green real estate is out of touch with the reality in the market, the demise of California’s redevelopment agencies, the threat of splitting the tax roles and general real estate trends during an hour-long panel.

“Among the alphabet soup of real estate associations I have worked with, my relationship with CREW has been the most productive one for our new business, which is a testament to the power of networking among CREW’s membership,” Michael told the audience.

The event also featured John Chiang, California State Controller and Ted Tanner, executive vice president of AEG.
